Both licenses are for one installation, include the full source code. The license has no yearly fee.
Regular or Extended?
This is the choice people get wrong most often. The Regular License covers a product that the end users are not charged for. That fits a company that runs Perfex CRM for its own staff and clients. The Extended License covers a product that end users can be charged for. Each license is for one installation, so a second site needs a second license. If you plan to charge other people to use your CRM, read the license terms on the page where you buy before you build a plan around it.
2. Support: what 6 months means
The Perfex CRM pricing includes support for a limited time. The license is for life, but support from the author is included for 6 months and then you extend it. The CRM keeps working after support ends. What you lose is help from the author. If your team is technical, you may never extend it. If you are not, budget the extension.
3. Hosting in your Perfex CRM pricing
Hosting is the only cost that repeats. A small team can use a good shared plan; an agency or a company with many users should plan for a VPS. We explain the choice, with a checklist, in Perfex CRM hosting. Look at your host’s current price and count 12 months, not the first-month offer.
4. Modules and add-ons in Perfex CRM pricing
The base CRM already covers leads, invoices, projects, tickets and reports. Modules add what it does not have, such as WhatsApp, online booking, payroll or an API. Our modules are one-time purchases with one year of support. The cheapest costs $18 and the most expensive costs $84; most sit between $29 and $49. Sample prices at the time of writing:

Costs missing from Perfex CRM pricing pages
- A mail service for reliable email sending, if your host limits outgoing mail.
- A WhatsApp or SMS provider if you send messages, because the provider charges per message.
- Time. Self-hosting means you or a developer set up backups, updates and the cron job. Our docs cover each, for example backups and manual updates.
Perfex CRM pricing versus per-user plans
Most online CRMs charge per person per month. That model is simple to start and hard to leave: the bill grows with every new hire and never ends. Perfex CRM pricing works the other way. The license is a one-time payment, there is no per-user fee, and the cost that repeats is hosting.
Here is a made-up example to show the shape, not a quote. Suppose a tool charges $15 per user per month. For 10 users that is $150 a month, or $1,800 a year, and $5,400 over three years. With Perfex CRM, the three-year cost is the license plus the hosting you choose plus any modules you add. Hire five more people and the Perfex CRM license price does not change, while the per-user plan grows by $900 a year in this example. Replace the $15 with the real price of the tool you use now and run the same sum.
The trade-off is real. A hosted CRM includes servers, updates and backups in the price. With Perfex CRM you handle those, or pay someone to. Count that time as a cost when you compare.
A simple budget worksheet
Fill in these four lines before you buy anything. It takes five minutes and prevents most surprises.
- License. One time. Pick Regular or Extended on the store page after you read the terms.
- Hosting. Your host’s monthly price times 12. Use the renewal price, not the first-month offer.
- Modules. The list price of each module you need in the first year, one time each. Start with one or two.
- Support after 6 months. Add a line if you want help from the author after the included period.
Add optional lines for a mail service, a WhatsApp or SMS provider and a few hours of setup help. Then divide the total by 12 to get a monthly cost you can compare with any per-user plan.
Three-year cost of ownership

How to keep the cost down without taking risks
- Add modules in order of pain. Buy the one that removes your biggest manual task first, and wait before you buy the rest. The best Perfex CRM modules are the ones you use every week.

- How many websites will run Perfex CRM? Each installation needs its own license.
- Will anyone outside your company be charged to use it? That changes which license fits.
- Is the buyer the company or a person? Buy with the account that should own the license, because that account gets the downloads and the support.
- Do you want the author’s support after the first 6 months, or will a developer on your side handle it?
