The Perfex CRM SaaS Module turns one Perfex CRM install into a service you can sell. Each customer gets a separate company in your CRM. You create packages with a price and limits, and your customers subscribe to the one that fits them. You run the whole business from your own admin area.

Create packages and set the price
Open saas > Packages and click New Package. Each package shows its price and what it includes. Customers see the same list when they choose a plan, so the Perfex CRM SaaS Module keeps your prices and limits in one place.
Limit what each customer can use
The package form has a quota section. Set how many instances a customer can run, how often limits reset, and a limit for users, clients, contacts, contracts, invoices and estimates. Use -1 for no limit. You can add an extra price for each resource, add a trial period, and mark a package as a lifetime deal.
Choose how your platform works
The SaaS settings sit under Setup > Settings. Decide whether new customers start a trial automatically, whether the first company is created for them, whether they can cancel, and which invoice status counts as paid for a package.
Set it up
- Upload the module under Setup > Modules and activate it.
- Open saas > License and enter your license key.
- Open Setup > Settings > Saas settings and choose your options.
- Create your packages under saas > Packages.
- Check saas > Companies as your customers sign up.
Requirements
- Perfex CRM 3.4 or newer for the Perfex CRM SaaS Module (tested on 3.4.1)
- A database user that can create databases, if you want each company in its own database
- A connection from your server to systematica.app over HTTPS
Good to know
- The pictures show a demo CRM with three sample packages.
- The module changes how Perfex CRM starts up. Test it on a copy of your site first and keep a backup.
- Hosting, domains, payment gateways and tax rules are yours to set up. The module does not provide them.
License, support and updates
After purchase you receive a license key by email. One license key activates the module on one website. To move it, deactivate the license under saas > License and activate it on the new site. You get 1 year of use, support through our ticket system and free updates through your Systematica account. The Perfex CRM SaaS Module runs inside Perfex CRM, which you need to own.
