The HR Module for Perfex CRM keeps your employee records in your CRM. You hold one record for each person, past and present, together with their job position, department, contracts, training and dependants. Managers get an org chart, a dashboard and reports. It replaces the spreadsheets and folders that HR files usually end up in.

HR records for every employee
The HR Module for Perfex CRM lists every staff member with a staff code, email, gender and job position. Filter by department, job position or status, import people from Excel, export the list, or open the chart view.
Job positions and the org chart
Create job positions with a code and a description, put them in job groups and link them to departments. The org chart page of the HR module for Perfex CRM lists your departments and units with their parent unit, manager and email, and a View chart button draws the structure.
An HR dashboard and reports
The dashboard shows the staff ratio by department, by job and by age group, and the change in staff by seniority. The reports page adds a report on laying off staff and one on salary changes, plus charts by month and by qualification.
Set it up
- Upload the module under Setup > Modules and activate it.
- Open HR Management > License and enter your license key.
- Open Settings and add contract types and workplaces.
- Add job positions and your departments.
- Add staff, or import them from Excel, and create their contracts.
Requirements
- Perfex CRM 3.4 or newer for the HR Module for Perfex CRM (tested on 3.4.1)
- A connection from your server to systematica.app over HTTPS
Good to know
- The screens in the pictures are from a demo CRM with sample staff.
- The HR Module for Perfex CRM stores personal data. Limit who can open it, and follow the data protection rules in your country.
- The module does not run payroll. Payroll is a separate module.
License, support and updates
After purchase you receive a license key by email. One license key activates the module on one website. To move it, deactivate the license under HR Management > License and activate it on the new site. You get 1 year of use, support through our ticket system and free updates through your Systematica account. The HR Module for Perfex CRM runs inside Perfex CRM, which you need to own.
