See your money at a glance
The dashboard shows the balance of your bank accounts, a profit and loss chart and the share of each expense account for the period you choose. The accounting module for Perfex CRM reads these numbers from the entries in your books.

Start with a chart of accounts
The accounting module for Perfex CRM comes with a ready list of accounts, such as accounts receivable, cash, sales and rent. Add your own, set a parent account and a type, switch accounts on or off, and import a list from a file.

Record journal entries
Add an entry for anything that is not an invoice or an expense, such as money from the owner or a rent payment. Each entry has a number, a date, a reference and a description. Filter the list by date and export it.

Run reports from your books
Choose a report, a date range and an accounting method, and click Filter. The profit and loss report groups income, cost of sales and expenses and shows the total of each.
