Installation Guide: WhatsApp Module For Perfex CRM
- Download: Get the ZIP package from Systematica.
- Upload: Extract and upload the folder to
/modules
in your Perfex CRM installation. - Activate: Go to Setup → Modules and enable the WhatsApp Module.
- Check Access: A new WhatsApp menu item should now be visible in the CRM navigation.
Configuration & First-Time Setup
Navigate to WhatsApp → Settings inside your Perfex CRM dashboard. Enter the following fields:
- Token: Access token generated in your Meta app dashboard
- Phone Number ID: Available in your WhatsApp Business app
- Webhook URL: Public endpoint where Meta will send message delivery and status updates
Click “Test Connection” to validate setup. If everything is correct, you’ll see a success message confirming your integration.
