Installation Guide For WhatsApp For Perfex CRM

Download: Get the module ZIP from Systematica
Upload: Place the extracted folder into /modules of Perfex CRM
Activate: Go to Setup → Modules and enable “WhatsApp Module”
Verify: WhatsApp tab should appear in the CRM menu

Configuration

To begin, go to WhatsApp → Settings and enter your API credentials:

Token: From your Meta Developer account
Phone Number ID: From WhatsApp Business setup
Webhook URL: Use your CRM’s public endpoint

After saving, click “Test Connection” to ensure everything is working correctly.
